Led by author Donzell Franklin, this workshop helps educators and district leaders examine how trauma is often mislabeled as defiance and how systems can unintentionally escalate the very behaviors they seek to correct.Through structured discussion, real-case analysis, and alignment with MTSS and trauma-responsive frameworks, participants will:1.
